alarm2 - second alarm

true if equal or both null

timeEquals

true if equal or both null

typeEquals

Parameters:

true if same type or both null

valueEquals

Checks whether the two table have the same data: equal column names, number of rows and columns and their value.

Parameters:

arg1 - a table

arg2 - another table

true if the values are equals
